This is a green and cheerful invoice template that does all the automatic calculations for you.

Information in the top of the invoice is echoed in the payment slip.

You will need to customise by:

Adding company information (name, address, phone)
Adding payment information in the payment slip at the bottom

Invoice Template [Templates for OpenOffice Calc]

I have been asked by a client to send them a generic invoice template. I have put together the template below, which is designed for services (it doesn”t include a ”ship to”), and is very simple.

Additionally, the Totals are all calculated automatically, and the formulae in Column H should not be changed if you wish the quantity x unit price to be automatically calculated for each row. If the quantity AND unit price columns are both blank, then the Total column will also be blank.
